I've sufferd with MS for some years now, my balance being my biggest problem and the lack of energy but after doing LFA Tai Chi for 2 years my balance and my health have improved beyond my dreams.

The above are just a few of the many aliments LFA T'ai Chi can help.
It's an excellent form of exercise for pregnant women or people recovering from an illness, operation or injury and athletes find it improves their strength, balance and co-ordination.

The pace of life today is very fast and very demanding. If we don't look after our body, something, at some point, will give.

Stress for example, manifests itself in many ways from irritability, sleep problems, comfort eating, migrane to more serious problems such as high blood pressure, depression, digestive problems, alcoholism and heart attacks.
