I've sufferd with MS for some years now, my balance being my biggest problem and the lack of energy but after doing LFA Tai Chi for 2 years my balance and my health have improved beyond my dreams.

Tai chi day courses throughout the UK

Sheila Dickinson teaches LFA Tai Chi day courses in East Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Leeds, Berkshire and Edinburgh.

A warm welcome and a friendly environment awaits everyone who attends an LFA Tai Chi workshop.

Our courses are open to both new and experienced students giving everyone the opportunity to train personally with Sheila.

Attending an LFA Tai Chi workshop is a great way to further your training, spend a day just thinking about yourself and getting the health benefits into the bragin!

The following are dates for whole-day workshops taking place in Edinburgh.

There will be six courses in 2005 in Edinburgh, dates will be released very soon.

The workshops are held in Craigmount High School, Corstorphine. They start at 10.00am and finish at 1.30pm

All you need is comfy clothing, soft, thin soled shoes, a packed lunch and a smile!

Beginners are more than welcome to come along. For more experienced students, a workshop day gives you the chance to take your training to a much deeper level.
