Tai chi what we teach
LFA Tai Chi Health Arts is made up of a number of different tai chi sets and over 3000 specialist breathing exercises and K'ai Men (Taoist yoga).

When practicing LFA Tai Chi, it is important that each person listens to their own body. There should be no pain or strain at any time. Exercises can be adapted for anyone with physical limitations.
Every class should always start with a gentle warm up.
Beginners are welcome to join a class at any time.
